Terms of Service

Thyme to Eat is a meal-planning app for households, currently in private alpha. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account.You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Your content. Recipes, plans, notes, and photos you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the app can work — nothing more.

AI features.Meal suggestions, generated recipes, and nutrition estimates are produced by AI and can be wrong. Always use your own judgment about ingredients, allergens, and food safety — the app's suggestions are not medical or dietary advice.

Alpha software.The service is under active development. Features may change or break, and we may need to reset data. We'll do our best to warn you first, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Fair use.Don't abuse the service — no scraping, spamming, probing for vulnerabilities, or using it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending things. You can stop using Thyme to Eat and ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us. We may discontinue the alpha with reasonable notice.
